Our Store Policies


All PROP PROTECTORS are made from marine grade 316 stainless steel (BS970-316) and are warranted against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to love our products but you are entitled to a refund if an item is damaged or faulty upon delivery. In the unlikely event of this happening we will either replace the item or offer a refund.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you may send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase.


Our 3 simple rules of returns are:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 60 days period with proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unused and uninstalled with all original tags still attached.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging and in original saleable condition.


It is important that you check your order upon receipt and always before use or installation. If there is any error then please let us know immediately and we will try our best to resolve it for you.


Please note the following:

  • We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.
  • If the goods were shipped for free the actual amount would be deducted from the refund.
  • The cost associated with returning the goods would be at the buyer’s expense.
  • Products that have been installed cannot be returned for a change of mind refund/exchange.



Contact us for a return as soon as possible. Once your return request has been received, our customer service team will be in touch with you. Please place the return item in the original packaging and seal it securely. Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as the returned product reaches our warehouse, gets inspected by our customer service team and is confirmed to meet our returns policy. Please allow for up to 14 days for your refund or exchange to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.

We encourage you to use a registered courier service, along with good packaging, when returning your parcel. Prop-Protector-Australia cannot be responsible for any undelivered, lost or damaged parcels.

Before attempting to return an order, you will need to contact our customer service team in advance.
